The Jelly-fish 45 is a floating dwelling unit which houses up to six people among the five levels of space. The unit is designed by Giancarlo Zema and cost a whopping $2.5 million. The website mentions it “would be ideally situated in sea parks, atolls, bays and seas rich in flora and fauna. The Jelly-fish 45 allows the sea dwelling owners to live either above or below sea level in perfect harmony with the ocean environment.” I like the design - a combination of seacraft and spaceship - and I would love to see the inside of one.  But, I question whether it’s really in perfect harmony with the ocean given the need for waste disposal if people were to really live in these. Sweet! I’ll want one, but with a big red handle on top, so I can push down on it to make it spin.

Now, where to park it…
