"The cool new Bel-Air is a mini mobile greenhouse concept by French designer Mathieu Lehanneur in collaboration with David Edwards of Harvard University. There's been several companies introduce products based on the research. Two of the earliest were Bio-Safe, Inc. (New Braunfels, TX) and Applied Indoor Resource's (Tampa) Bio-Pure.
There's also a growing number of books on this.
