These were found in my grandfather Lawrence's things by my uncle Dennis a week or two before he passed away. Dennis showed them to Lawrence and confirm that these were all created by him. On the day of the burial I showed them to Grandma and she exclaimed "these are beautiful - I should get me some like these". My uncle ran the rock cutter for my son, my daughter, and myself and Saturday and we looked through his stuff and found many raw pieces of agate, boxes and boxes of polished agate (which I remember from my childhood), and boxes of empty gold and silver settings. From our limited experience running the cutter, I expect there is a fine art to discovering images in the stone, and that it isn't accomplished by mass or chance.
