EVP is a web-based magazine (I suppose, blog) that highlights the musical whims, wonders, news, and reviews of Justin Spicer and his crack staff (or staff on crack--whichever works).
Known for inserting his foot in his mouth (or web equivalent), Mr. Spicer also happens to be very self-deprecating with his mea culpas.
Beyond EVP, Mr. Spicer has written for KEXP, Tiny Mix Tapes and a long laundry list of now-defunct magazines and websites.
